Set up your tim3r, save your iPhone in your pocket and 3, 2, 1.... GO!!
Tim3rs is the excellent app to have total control over your interval and Tabata workouts. You can create a tim3r with the following properties:
- Prepare time.
- The desired number of reps each workout with exercise and rest time.
- Calm-down time.
Moreover, you can use your iTunes library to play your songs during the workout aaaaaand with BACKGROUND mode you can tap the timer play button, forget your iPhone and just do the workout.
